Website not working at all

    Hi

    Installed this plugin, I didn’t have an SSL certificate for my website, thought its a free plugin which need not SSL certificate, I installed this plugin and my website stopped working. I dint have C-panel access or FTP since I am using the Linode server. I was working really hard on this website, but everything got vanished in a second.
    I don’t have any complaint but can we remove this plugin by any means so that I can get my website back, please?

  • @kumar-vivaan the only way to do that is going to the WordPress directory and delete the plugin folder. Using linode server you can access them using the linode manager or ssh… After doing that it will start working…

    Thank you for your response.
    Actually I am trying to connect my Linode from FTP but could not.
    Can you please help me with connecting the website with the ssh or FTP ?

    @kumar-vivaan it’s actually out of my scope of knowledge. Sorry. I just saw in linode website support, using google, that it’s possible… Try to reach their support.
