Website not working correctly since install

Do you see the incorrectly blocked records in your Security Log here?

If the CleanTalk plugin blocked anything, the records will be most certainly in the log.

There is only one ip blocked and its not related to either so not sure

In that case, please change this option:
? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Miscellaneous → turn off the option “Disable REST API for non-authenticated users” → Save Changes.

Then clear your website cache.

Also, re-check if the IP addresses are allowed in your Security Firewall. The guide is here:

i have done that but it doesnt appear to have made a difference?
