Website not working since upgrade

  • I just upgraded to the latest version and now when I try to go into the xxx.com/wp-admin or my site.com I get this error on a blank white page:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    Please help its urgent!!

  • Are you using wordpress from directory if so check index.php file in root see if that has been over written in line 17
