Thanks for letting us know. There was an upgrade being run that took longer than expected, but it’s back online now.

What we’re you trying to do? I ask because this forum is for the free version of the plugin, which does not require access to our site, and discussion of the premium and ultimate version is forbidden in these forums (https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products). If you are using one of those versions or have questions about them, you can contact us directly (via email or our site).

I was trying to upgrade to Ultimate… As the website was down, I thought this was a way to contact you guys.

Sounds good. WordPress forbids discussion of all pay features/versions (https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products). So please follow up via our site (https://www.fivestarplugins.com/support-center/) now that it’s live again.
