Website Page Not Loading Fine

    Hello,
    I’m Facing a critical issue, when I load my site. The site load broken, theme not loading fine and every thing load messy. when I click on the logo of site, then site reload properly.
    when I disable the 10Web theme, it’s work normally without any issue. but with Active theme, this issue bothering me.

    Kindly help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
    I’m using DigitalOcean Hosting with GeneratePress Premium Theme on my site.

    Hi @zukhraf ,
    Thank you for contacting us. Do you refer to 10Web Theme or 10Web Booster plugin?

    In case you refer to 10Web Booster, enable 10Web Booster on your website and connect to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
    5. Click on Enable to activate

    Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.
