Website pages on constant reload

Okay, most of my website works just fine, but a few pages have an infinite reload issue where the page never loads and the browser keeps trying to reload it. And example is: https://www.inkwellinternational.com/thank-you-from-alexa

The entire content of the page is: “Thank you!” It used to have a contact form on it but I removed it to see if that was the issue. It also happens during the checkout process when trying to purchase services, but not until the shopping cart page. I checked the check out process on another site I run using the same shopping cart and had no problems.

I’m Stumped! Help?
