Website Recovery Needed

  • A website that I was asked to work on (www.japcan.co.za) has encountered an error:

    I am unable to access the /wp-admin for the site.

    Any advice on how to recover the site?

  • Your wp-includes/load.php is missing. check from the FTP whether you have the missing file in place. if not replace your WordPress installation files with a fresh copy. make sure to take a copy of wp-config.php and wp-content folder before you proceed. and move them to the new installation.
