• At the WordPress Admin page I get “Unable to reach your web app account at this moment. Please reload the page to retry. If the issue persists,” contact?Customer Support.

    When I go to Web App it shows I have no website connected.

    I had a paid account until 28th of January. Did all my data just get deleted after that without warning? Should it not revert to at least the free version? Is the data recoverable?

    Upon reviewing our records, it appears that you canceled your subscription almost a year ago. During the cancellation process, our system generates a warning notification that clearly outlines the consequences of canceling the plan, including the deletion of your website after the subscription period.
    We don’t convert a paid plan to free automatically as this might affect the working of paid features in their site and it has to be done manually from your side.
