Hi, I have duplicated the website to new URL
Then I reset updraft ID and reauthentificated with Dropbox.
However, the old (original) website backups are still there on the backup list – how can I remove them on the new website?
Rescan remote folder does not do the job

    Hi,

Can you try to wipe out settings? You can find the option in the Advance Tools tab.

Also, make sure that the backup no longer exists. You can check the backup folder directly.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

I can’t remove backups from dropbox as they belong to the original website ??

Also, the “Rescan remote storage” is listing ALL the other websites backups….

How this can be hidden or disabled?

    Hi,

Please accept apologies for your inconvenience.

You said that you reset the updraft ID and reauthenticated it with Dropbox after duplicating your site.

Your both sites’ UpdraftPlus plugins are putting their own site backup in the UpdraftPlus folder. Even your duplicated site’s UpdraftPlus plugin is putting its backup in the same dropbox’s same UpdraftPlus folder.

You should follow anyone solution from below solutions:

    1. For your original site and duplicated site, please use different remote storage methods. For the first one Dropbox then use Google Drive for the second one.
    2. The UpdraftPlus premium plugin are allowed to store your backups in different folder than the UpdraftPlus folder.

I hope you understand this anomaly.

Thanks and hope it help you.
