Website ruined when not logged in

My theme doesn’t need Redux Framework but a third-party plugin from Evanto market needed it. I later uninstalled the plugin because of issue like not loading etc. I later uninstalled Redux Framework to avoid unnecessary plugins. When I’m logged in there’s no issue but for a user, the website is totally ruined. Re-activating redux too doesn’t help. I tried clearing cache etc. Tried the demo mode, nothing works. When I do GTMetrix test it gives the error net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

I need immediate HELP!!!

-I want the plugin uninstalled without causing me trouble.
