It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

What you may need to try is disabling your other plugins and then letting Facebook for WooCommerce do its thing. Syncing can sometimes be resource intensive and while you say your site is over the recommended 512 MB memory minimum, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it has access to enough resources to work properly, especially if you’re using lots of other resource intensive plugins and themes at the same time.

Thanks for youre response @crazywickedawesome I paste that report above, I also noticed that if I add any category in exclude field then this plugin not letting me to save that setting.

I see you’ve got a large number of plugins activated on your site, and I also see that you’ve got a few that are older versions. Can you please try updating your plugins and checking again?

Additionally as I mentioned before, because you have so many other plugins in addition to Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce itself it’s likely that while your site does have more than the recommended amount of memory, I suspect that Facebook for WooCommerce doesn’t have access to the memory it needs to sync.

Can you please try deactivating all other plugins except for WooCommerce, and Facebook for WooCommerce, then try a manual sync from Marketing > Facebook > Product sync and see if you still get an error?

As for the Category Exclusion setting not saving, that is a known issue our developers are aware of and we hope to have fixed, but I don’t have a timeline for when that fix will be available. You’ll still be able to exclude products on an individual basis though ??
