Website slow

Thanks for the fast response! I do have W3 Total Cache on my site. I am not sure that I understand all of the settings I have most of them at the default levels. I ran a query on how my site is functioning, but other than specifying the size of a photo (which I will do) I dont know how to address the other major items. For example, the urls with “?” in them are not anything that I know how to fix. Thanks for your help and patience!

THanks for your help! The site is much faster now after implementing a couple of the items mostly to do with the photos on the site. Still takes 4 seconds to load so I’ll keep working on it. Thanks so very much!
