website speed dropped tremendously

I’ve been working on my website since April, the key thing I wanted it to do was to load in under 6 seconds on most mobile devices. I was able to achieve this.
However adding social media icons increased the time by another 7 seconds, I now added currency converter which added 5 seconds, google reviews added 7 seconds… now my website takes between 19 and 22 seconds to load.
I’m considering stripping off the social media plugin and making google reviews static.
I’m willing to purchase the premium plugin if I can be guaranteed that the speed will drop by at least 3 seconds (from 7 added seconds).
Does anyone know the difference in speed between the free version and the premium version?
