website style broken

1 – the button style for the “button” on the search box is broken. but when i log in to the admin its working fine
2- most of the custom styles are broken
3- gif animation images are broken
4- when i access the site through a mobile phone, the header logo shows twice
5- the footer is missing in mobile version

It was automatically fixed on my test sit but when i moved to the production its having the style issues
