Hi, i’ve migrated my website from another domain and did so without wiping out the previous site, now it is TOO slow.

Can something be done to fix this?

    Thank you very much

Reach over to your hosting provider and ask if they can tell you why the website is slow.
It could be that the hosting itself is slow and the website that you have transferred requires a different hosting plan.

Hi Yani, thanks for the reply.

I’ve already contacted the hosting, I’ve got the Godaddy Linux Deluxe plan, It should really go fine with it :/

I don’t know if maybe the old website is interfering with it somehow

Yes, I cannot recall someone with the same issue like you after using the plugin. GoDaddy, while excellent hosting, has a quota on the writes/reads from disk drives. If you have plugins that use the filesystem a lot, this could be the reason.
You also want to look into how to profile WordPress and find out where the bottleneck is.
I do not have an article handy about this – try a few google searches and see if you will get a direction from there.
