    Thanks for coming today!

    It seems you are using PRO-version of our plugin, right?

    Please note that only PRO-version users have access to contacting us via the Ticket portal.

    Also, our ticket site is not broken at all as you’ve mentioned. It is also very clear in your own screenshot that nothing is broken on the ticket portal.

    To gain entry for receiving technical help related to PRO-versions, you can use the Enavto login button or manually enter your purchased-code.

    However, if you are using FileBird Lite, you can still communicate here with us on the thread, we will provide you with support.
