Website title repeated two times!

  • Hi!
    So, my blog has been running well for a year. But yesterday while my cousin was browsing, he told me he couldn’t open page of my blog. So I tried opening my blog and I couldn’t open it! It fixed itself after 2 minutes but later on, I noticed something weird.

    My blog’s name is repeated twice in the title. You can see for yourself here: https://www.scientiaweb.com/
    In the title, it says “ScientiaWebScientiaWeb – Your source of Most Amazing Technology News”
    ScientiaWebScientiaWeb? It’s been working perfectly for a year and I never messed with anything, this appeared out of nowhere and I have idea where to fix it. In the WordPress settings, the title is fine “ScientiaWeb”. Other pages show it fine like “Contact – ScientiaWeb”.
    It’s also working fine on all posts.

    I’m only facing this problem on the front page; the main page. Can somebody please help me fix it? ??

    your site is based on a commercial theme, which are not supported by this forum.

    Actually, this has nothing to do with the theme, I think. Even after I installed the theme a month ago, everything was fine! Until yesterday when it messed it up itself.

    if it is not the theme, it might be a plugin –
    temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if that resolves the problem; then reactivate one at a time to locate the problematic one.

    Turns out it was the “All-in-One SEO” plugin I disabled some time before. Activating it fixed the problem and disabling and re-enabling the new SEO plugin fixed it as well. Thanks!
