So just a few days ago I noticed my site has been unindexed by Google, read the full story here (https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!msg/webmasters/OyiO6KYxYqY/3mwS36uOBAAJ) I am not sure if it is related but I did notice the following amount of errors: https://imgur.com/OhWzvUP

These errors are mostly the same mentioning the following on Hentry as well as on Hatom:

    Missing: author
    Missing: updated

As can be seen here: https://imgur.com/sIxRpND

Together with that Google does not recognize the property logo for a WebPage object, which can be seen here via the live inspect tool: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/?url=https://www.rafaeldejongh.com/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rafaeldejongh.com%2F

I really am unsure if this is related, but I can not fetch by google anymore and the general information I am getting is that I need to resolve errors. However these are the only “errors” I’ve noticed in the Google Search Console.

There are no links in the URL Removal Tool and the URL Inspection Tool works as well, I also did various tests to see if it works across the whole word with various tools where you can test your website online as well as with my personal VPN and that is working as well.

So I am really not sure to why when I fetch my main domain Google either says “Temporarily unreachable” or “Not available” without any other explenation what so ever.

Does anyone have any insight on this matter, and perhaps a way to resolve those errors mentioned above?

Thanks in advance for further information.

When doing a SITE: search for https://www.rafaeldejongh.com, we do see that it does still show up in the search results. With regards to it not showing for the particular search term you mentioned, there could be a whole wide range of factors that could cause this.

With regards to fixing the missing hcard author and such, you can refer to this KB article for more information, although this necessarily shouldn’t cause the issues where your homepage isn’t appearing in the search results as expected, it’s more on the structured data you need to implement on your site — https://kb.yoast.com/kb/fixing-hcard-author-error/

You might have to check with your host or server for more information on any server-side issues, and continue tracking for updates on Google’s Webmaster Forums. The URL inspection and URL removal tool would be helpful for this case.

I’ve been working for days to get this site indexed again, still do not know the source of the problem but I did manage to re-index the website only hours before your post! So yea I am glad it can be found again by others as well.

Thank you for the KB I will investigate that and yea the suggestions you’ve provided also were provided by the forum post over at the Google Search Console Forums. Which sadly did not give me much information as you can read there.

I am however on a lead that it might be a Cloudflare problem that the BOTS do not receive access to my website and therefore can not crawl them, but I will have to figure this out some more.

    Either way thanks!
