Website updates not showing

    I thank you for this great plugin but there is an issue and Its a huge one please help.

    When I update anything In the website updates does not show in the live version of the site. I need to deactiviate the plugin and once I do all the updates comes to live . but I dont want that for every update i do ! Please help
