Hello, my issue consists in the website URL loading feed entries instead of the static homepage I set. Sometimes a browser cache clearing will turn it back to the right visualization, but it’s a temporary solution. Feed validators show an XML error with the URL, but I don’t know where it’s at.

I’m using the Enfold theme, with the podcast entries set as the default entries. (But the homepage is a static page in WordPress settings, not the Latest Entries option)

    Thanks.

    Hi @jsantapau,

    I apologize for the delay.

When you say that loading the website URL loads the feed entries, do you mean the page looks like https://lacabinaserie.cl/feed/podcast instead of the correct, static homepage?

Have you applied any customizations to the plugin in the form of filters or gists?

Thanks for the answer. I haven’t applied customizations to the plugin.
The website URL loading the feed entries instead of my actual customized page (that’s right, it looked like the podcast feed page you point at) may have been a problem with the Enfold theme, because it stopped when I replaced it. But I still have validation problems: both Cast Feed Validator and Podbase show feed issues, but don’t give much detail other than “this URL sends a content type of text/xml, which is not a webpage”.
The W3.org Validator points at two specific problems:
    – Undefined item element: image
    and
    – Use of unknown namespace: https://www.google.com/schemas/play-podcasts/1.0

    … casting/templates/feed-stylesheet.xsl”?><rss version=”2.0″

Hi there! I have the exact same problem and cannot figure out a solution! Would you be so kind to share your insights if and how you were able to solve it? Greetings from Chile!
