Website Verification Services only appears on one of five websites

    I have several self-hosted WordPress websites, all of which are updated to WP 4.4.2.

    One of these websites has a section called Website Verification Services in Tools – Available Tools (directly under Categories and Tags Converter).

    However this section doesn’t appear on my other self-hosted WordPress websites. Can anyone explain why this is, and if there is some way of getting this for the other websites?

    The active plugins on this website are:
    AddThis Follow Buttons
    Cookie Warning
    Jetpack
    Share buttons by AddThis
    Social Media Icons Widget
    Wordfence Security
    WP SpamShield

    I don’t think it’s connected to Jetpack, as I have Jetpack on some of the other websites too.
