    Hello @wodaudio,

Could you please clarify exactly how our plugin slows down the site?

Could you give us the results of measurements with our plugin activated and deactivated?

Please switch to the Waterfall tab in GTmetrix results with Anti-Spam activated and take screenshots of those processes that have a longer duration and are related to our plugin.

    Hello @wodaudio

We are really concerned about the possible affliction to the site’s performance, which may be related to our plugin.

We decided to inspect the performance results that can be obtained for your site using the GTMetrix service.

During the investigation, we noticed that your site was broken on November 8th. Neither I nor the service were able to visit the site for a long time. Perhaps the problems were somehow related to the SSL certificate.

However, before the site crashed, we were able to conduct a partial analysis based on the site environment and available public information about installed themes and plugins.

At the moment, we cannot say that the plugin could have affected the site’s performance in any way.

It would be very helpful if you could provide not only screenshots of the GTMetrix results, but also links with details.

Typically, the link to the test result looks like this: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/shop.wodaudio.com/0yTfHDQ3/

To adjust the result metrics, we ask you to do the following steps.

    1. Enable the Anti-Spam plugin and run GTMetrix analytics. Save the result link.
    2. Repeat the GTMetrix test with the plugin enabled. Save the result link.
    3. Disable the Anti-Spam plugin and run analytics. Save the result link.
    4. Run another test with the plugin disabled. Save the result link.

These four links can be very helpful in identifying current issues.

Please, note, you are always welcome to post any personal or high-sensitivity data privately https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    Thank you.
