Website video error

  • The youtube videos on our website say “This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.” It just started doing this a few days ago and was working fine before. Any idea how to fix this?

  • The reason for this is a content security policy that is defined by your website or the hosting on which it runs. This prevents framesets from being called in which YouTube videos are played.

    Where and how this is defined is not visible to us here. It is possible that it is set via a WordPress plugin. Then you would have to see if you can find one that is responsible for this. A security plugin or a plugin that is explicitly responsible for content security policy. If you can’t find this, contact your host’s support team to clarify this.
