Website viewing desktop version on mobile

Hello. I have a worldpress market place website. Woocommerce and Dokan installed. I have Revo theme installed. My website sometimes view desktop version of my site on mobile and mobile on desktop. And yesterday, my site did something I’ve never seen before. I viewed my site on pc and mobile and found out that the site was using two themes. Current and the old theme, not until i uninstalled some plugins,like litespeed cache to see the problem. And now my site currently views desktop version on mobile and still views desktop version on desktop. Please friends help..
