No, installing WordPress on your PC would basically just install another blog on your PC. You work with WordPress through your browser.

When I looked at www.ads-software.com, it sent me to .com to set up a blog and my new doman name. Think that’s where it went wrong to start.

To setup www.ads-software.com, you need to get a hosting provider, then install WordPress separately on that hosting provider.
