    Hello, KembleCloud.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this problem. Typically, a white screen on a WordPress site indicates that there is a conflict between plugins or a problem with a theme. If we can determine which plugin is conflicting with ScrapeAZon, I can make changes to the plugin so that it no longer conflicts.

You can find more information about what to do about the WordPress “White Screen of Death” here:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Common_WordPress_Errors

If you are certain that ScrapeAZon is causing the problem, you can deactivate it through the administration screens or (if you can’t get to those) by removing the scrapeazon directory from your site’s /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    James
