Website White Screen Error

    Hello,
    Everything was mixed up and ruined when I was designing my website; I wanted to restore the whole site so that the design would be the same. I restored one of my old backups, all included (themes, plugins, database, other,etc.). When the restoring was finished, I viewed the site and it’s now a complete white screen. A warning popped out saying: Astra theme does not exist.
    I don’t understand; everything was done with restoring, but now there’s a huge problem with the whole website. Is there any way someone can help with issue?

    Hi,

    Try deactivating the theme via FTP/File Manager by renaming the theme folder.
    Then try reactivating it again and see if you get the same issue.
