Website width when using 3 colums

    Hello,
    strange behavior here: when using “3 Columns – Content Middle” total width of website remains at 1130 px and consequently main content shrinks to 530 px. In other words: space for secondary sidebar is taken from main content instead of increasing total width. Width of main content should always be 720 px per default.
    Settings: Website max-width in custom options is 1380 px, mobile layout is activited.
    What’s wrong? Thanks for any hints!

  • Hi atoyo. Welcome to the Hueman forum. The sidebars are fixed widths of 340px and 260px. These are subtracted from the max width of your site and the remainder is the size of the content area. If your max width is 1380px the content area will be 780px wide. If that’s not the case then there is something else affecting the sizing.

    Thanks, bdbrown, for your reply! I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one for another. Result: plugin Magee Shortcodes seems to be not compatible with Hueman as it affects the sizing. Problem ist resolved, thank you!
