Website Will Not Load Via Mobile

  • Every time I attempt a log in via my T-Mobile phone, I receive a “504 Error Timeout”. Cycled phone battery. Cleared cache, passwords, history, locations, still happens. Can log onto every other app fine on my phone and every other website fine on my phone. Can also log into the site fine via laptop and the back end fine via laptop. Site is hosted by a hosting service. Contacted them. Have yet to receive an answer Posted at 9:40am est.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
