Website won't load

I am trying to edit my wordpress blog and add a post but my blog won’t load. At first it loaded but the header was missing and the toolbar was changed to text. Then I tried going to the dashboard and I couldn’t access it. It would say “page not found” or something like that. I figured maybe it was an Internet Explorer problem so I opened up Safari and am still having the same problem. I can’t even connect to the server with Filezilla. The site won’t load at all now. What is going on? How can I get access to my site? I’m not sure how to fix this. The url is https://www.skilledcandy.com
