Website won't open on Safari

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Can we see the site using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

So now the site looks the same on Safari and Firefox for me. Galleries aren’t showing up on either one – is that a plugin?

Yeah it’s a plugin. I reactivated it.

It seems temperamental. I get some success, then suddenly it stops working again. (with and without plugin activated)

Does it work every time for you?

Well, since that’s commercial plugin and you’re using a commercial theme, there’s probably not a lot we can do to help you with these kinds of issues – as commercial products aren’t supported here.

GuyStClair – You’ve got something that’s checking the type of browser and only serving spam to certain people. https://www.isithacked.com/check/http%3A%2F%2Fsmr-knowledge.com%2F shows that it’s showing content to Google but not Chrome.
