Website Working but Direct Links are Not?

    The most recent changes I made were to create a sitemap with Yoast’s SEO and I updated Jetpack to 3.5.1. I also deleted the W3 performance plugin after de-activating it.

    I’m not seeing any 404 errors. Have you resolved the issue?

    Yes! I went to the Permalinks page and hit “Save Changes” again. I guess you have to refresh your permalinks every now and then, after uninstalling plugins especially. Thanks!
