Website Working, WP-Admin Not

I recently installed wordpress using the fantastico app on my Cpanel. It worked at creating the website, but when I go to login it does not load the wp-admin page.

I’ve tried disabling plugins and increasing memory limit, but it doesn’t seem to work. Not sure what else to try!
