Website wp-admin says not found

After updating from wordpress 3.8.3 from my dashboard. I thought it finished the update so, I went ahead and refreshed my page and now it says page cannot be found. I check my SEO setting with my SEO provider and it does say https://www.loseweight101/wp-admin link is broken you need to fix it. The problem is how do I fix it? I need to know soon because it is very important.
