Websites all hacked

I’ve been hacked somehow, about 5 websites, all of them redirect to a hackers landing page. I can’t get in to the admin portal on any of them. Unfortunately, I haven’t made any backups.

I thought at first the hosting server was compromised but it isn’t so there’s nothing they can do about it (hostgator).

I heard most hacks come from themes, plugins so I deleted all of them (except the theme it’s on).

No idea how this happened, passwords are all auto generated and tough to hack, all of them running the latest version of wordpress.

Any ideas??
