Website’s mobile menu shows white screen: Zeever theme

  • Problem: When accessing my website on mobile devices and attempting to click on the menu icon to open the navigation menu, the screen turns white instead of displaying the menu options. This issue occurs consistently and affects the usability of the website on mobile devices.

    Attempted Solutions:

    1. Checked for conflicting plugins: I have deactivated all plugins to rule out any conflicts, but the issue persists.
    2. Theme customization review: I have reviewed the theme customization settings in the WordPress dashboard but could not identify any settings related to this issue.
    3. Troubleshooting: I attempted to identify the source of the problem by inspecting the website code, but I couldn’t pinpoint the exact cause.

    Hello @marketed,
    I think your text menu and background mobile menu of your website have the same color. Try change you background or your text color.
