Websites page – hidden columns reappear

    Hello,

    I’ve just updated to version 4.0. Seems fine so far. However, I’v found one minor issue on the websites page. I want to hide the columns “Last Backup” and “Last Post”. So, I open the screen option and check the according check boxes. The columns disappear. But after reloading the page the columns reappear, which is annoying. Do I miss anything?

    I contacted the mainwp support directly. However, they couldn’t duplicate the issue even on my dashboard. Anybody any ideas?

  • Hi @cutu234, first, can you try to clear your browser cache and see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, please open a helpdesk ticket so we can check what is going on?

    I’ve already done both. No luck. Bogdan couldn’t even duplicate the issue logged in to my own dashboard. Pretty strange.

    If Bogdan couldn’t duplicate it on your dashboard, that makes it look like it’s something particular to your browser. Have you tried a different browser? A private window in your current browser?

    Yes, tried latest Chrome and a private window in the latest opera. Same results.

    I have the same issue, and the same unable to duplicate on my ticket.

    Tested with FF / Chrome latest across 3 computers

    This issues should be solved in the MainWP Dashboard 4.0.3. Please update to this version.

    If anyone keeps experiencing this issue after the update, please feel free to submit helpdesk tickets so we can look into this.

    The new update is working great (I ran the beta and it solved the issue).

    No luck here. I’ve just installed the 4.0.3. Didn’t change anything. The “sites” tab is still extremely slow.
