By ‘template’ I think you mean ‘theme’ and, if so, yes.

You’ll need a lot of plugins to customize that.

Yep ?? By default, you can activate themes for the whole network (i.e. every site) or you can edit each site and activate a theme per site ??

That may not work how you’re thinking.

They can edit themes with the built in customization, but they cannot edit the code.

i dont want clients to edit the code, justo do some things in theme like upload a logo, images, etc …
