WebSocket connection error when validate API key

  • Hello, i installed the plugin and tried to validate the API key i got from pushnotifications.io but when i press validate it load for a while then does nothing.
    From the web console i noticed this error:

    ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    I run latest WP 5.5, how i can solve this?
