WebSocket connection Failed

hi, i found a weird error

i got this error only when i use spesific internet provider (my provider is telkom indonesia). when i tried with other provider (MyRepublic, 3, etc), the website is fine. this error make another script interrupted (can’t pull up the navbar, visual composer animation not working, can’t save block in vc).
