    Morning,

We are seeing an issue at checkout with the klarna payments plugin whereby the attached console error appears and were wondering if it is related to our SSL certificate which is self signed (full details attached also.)

If not, what else could this console error be related to?

    Hi,

We see that you are on a non-supported version of WooCommerce. Klarna Payments requires at least version 3.3.0 of WooCommerce.

Would it be possible to test with another SSL certificate for you that is not self-signed? I believe that is the reason why you see those error messages.

Make sure you try all this on a staging site at first so you see that is solves your problem, make sure to have good backups too.

    Best regards

    Andreas

Klarna logs show successfully created recent Klarna orders now for this store, with an updated version of WooCommerce, so closing this support topic, but as always, please let us know if further support is needed.
