Thank you. When media appear as an empty space in the editor it is because they cannot be accessed by the Web Stories plugin. Web Stories cannot load assets if it is “blocked by CORS policy” and It doesn’t look like your site is set up to work correctly with CORS in this test.

Could you please ?add an?Access-Control-Allow-Origin?header to your website then check once more? Here is a helpful Hostinger guide, but if you run into issues you should reach out to your web developer or hosting provider for help and send them this guide for context.

We can continue to work through any other issues after this.

I added CORS to my .htaccess file. I’ll see if I run into any problems. Appreciate your support!
