Webstory Poster Image is not showing

please help

Hi @prgroup thanks for getting in touch. I can see the missing poster images you are referring to. Could you please provide the following information:

1. your Site Health information or You can share privately if you prefer via this form.
2. Could you please try and edit each affected story and remove the poster image, re-add it and publish your story. Let me know if this makes any difference as there could have been an issue with the uploads in these cases.
3. It looks like you are using a CDN for your media. Do you have the appropriate CORS headers set on your CDN to allow for these images to be shared from your CDN to your domain? You can check with a website developer or your hosting provider to make sure these are set.
