    Hello, I have two websites, on one webiste I can add Customer note, SSN number, VAT number, on the other website these options are deactivated and impossible to activate them. All the settings are identical, one website is based in France and the other one is based in Romania. Is this related to the language of the website or the country that makes the invoice?

    How can I ask for the SSN number on the invoice?

    Our plugin settings do not vary based on country or language. Additionally, we confirm that all settings are functioning properly on our end. Kindly share the following details for a better understanding of the issue.

    • Screen recording of the “Customize” page showing the options unable to activate.
    • Screenshot of WooCommerce order edit page of order you are having issue with and it’s corresponding PDF invoice.
    • WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).

    In response to your query to display SSN number on the invoice. You may enable the “SSN number” option from the customize page (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > Customize) to display the SSN present in the WooCommerce order edit page on the invoice document.
