    Hello,

I need help with picking the right plugin or developing this logic myself.

Essentially the store I am trying to build is a food delivery commerce site with rotating menus/plates per week. I want a really intuitive, consistent way of picking a week for a product, preferably multiple products at a time, and putting that information in a field that is able to be filtered, so I can show different rows or selections of products for each week.

Currently my client’s site is using a theme with Site Origin, and I don’t have much knowledge in creating my own widgets to show that information. I might swap to Oxygen. But first I want to know how can I properly add a range of dates for these products so they can be filtered. Ideally this would also set a different delivery date for the product, if it’s only available next week, etc.

  • Hello,

This may require more than one plugin, but here are some plugins you could checkout:

Unfortunately those seem to add extra complexity while not fitting the feature I need.

To be more clear about the site, it delivers boxes of ingredients to cook, and it varies only by week – think like HelloFresh – so the specific day and time of day doesn’t matter. I want to show two different weeks and just show a row of around 5-6 products each week.

I have also found other plugins like WPFood and since they have a filter by day I have asked for their support for this specific case. But if there’s any plugin that has exactly that, or if I can extend WooCommerce with ACF and some php functions, that’d help a lot.

Sounds good. Hopefully it will work out. Since core WooCommerce doesn’t have the feature you are looking for, you’d need to either find a plugin or custom-develop it.

    Hello,

I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
