If you wish different types of Wordfence emails to reach different recipients, this is not currently configurable directly inside the plugin and could be treated as a development request if you wish me to pass that along?
However, you are able to comma-separate email addresses in Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > Where to email alerts and manually filter which alerts you do/don’t want to see at the email client’s end. Naturally this would mean any email addresses appearing there would receive everything you’ve chosen to receive in your site’s alert preferences so may not be your intention for this second recipient.
