    Hi!

    I have 2 questions:

    1. I didn’t receive this week’s report and so I went into the diagnostics tab where I can only find a log of last week’s report. It’s set to go out every Monday at 9. Why was it not sent? – maybe it was somehow not activated because it’s a low traffic site?

    2. As a sidenote, on the same page under Database Info I noticed that “Some minor DB errors were detected” which disappeared uppon reload…

    Any clue what this means and why it disappeared?

    Hi!

    Weekly reports are always sent no matter what traffic you have. Check the “Maintenance Tasks” on the Diagnostic page and make sure that all tasks are executed on time. Probably the report was routed to the spam folder.

    You can safely ignore those DB errors since they are not critical, not related to reporting, and for the support team.
