WEF.local could be null

Hi. I realised that my wordpress site was giving a 404 error while trying to visit “https://connect.facebook.net/all.js”. So I ended up in a state in which WEF.local variable is null (now I put a language in the plugin settings).
Maybe a default value can be put somewhere, or something similar.
