    Dear support team, I have a problem with this plugin. It received the aplications and save them in database – and we can see them at dashboard. But we need nowifications by email also. I searched the database of the forum, and finded that other peple had the same problems. I followed the advaices – creatin new user and trying – but it dosen’t help. Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

    Apologies for the delay, hope you had a great weekend. We’re sorry to hear that you are running into issues sending emails.

    To get a better idea of what may be happening let’s try some troubleshooting steps to see where the issue might be.

    1. download, install and activate this free plugin called Email log and then
    2. try to reproduce the issue by submitting a form.
    3. then try to check the WP-admin > view logs section of the email log plugin and check if the notification emails are sent from weForms.
    * Also make sure the notification email is enabled [check the screenshot].

    If you are able to see it in the logs, then the notifications are being sent out, but your email provider may be filtering them out. Ensure to check spam folders and/or your filters as well.

    Let us know what you find and we can continue from there!
