    Hi,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with weForms. The error message?[object Object]?typically appears when there’s a JavaScript conflict or error on the page. You should check your browsers console for errors.

Open the browser’s JavaScript console to see if there are any JavaScript errors that might indicate what’s going wrong. If you’re not sure how to do this, you can follow this guide for instructions specific to your browser.

If you notice any errors in your console paste them in the log here and we’ll have a look to see if we can determine what’s going on.

Thanks @elienajem22, we look forward to assisting you further with this!

    Dear Team,

We too are having the same ‘object object’ issue.

We tried enabling the ‘Enable No-Conflict Mode’, but any changes made don’t retain which we reload/come back to the settings page.
What was the resolution provided in this ticket which was raised by elienajem22 (@elienajem22)?

Please urgently help fix the issue.

Here is link to the screenshots for your reference.

    Hi all,

    Apologies @elienajem22,

We must have missed your reply somehow. We set this up on our end and we not able to replicate the issue.

Thanks a lot for your additions as well @vsplven.

There could be common plugin causing a clash of some sort with your weForms functionality. To test this, deactivate all plugins with the exception of BoldGrid related ones. Then try reactivating each plugin one by one, each time checking the your “Entries” section to see if it loads correctly.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue, and if not we’ll continue troubleshooting.

    Thank you!

@brandonco Please I need your quick support, I encountered this issue when I cloned an existing form, and the cloned one is created in the database. Maybe if I delete it, the issue will be resolved. Can you please help me?

    Hi @elienajem22,

Thanks for explaining your issue in detail and sending over screenshots. To delete a form in weForms, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
    2. Go to “weForms” in the left-side menu.
    3. Click on “All Forms” to view a list of all your forms.
    4. Locate the form you want to delete and hover over it.
    5. Click on the “Delete” option that appears beneath the form’s title.
    6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Please note that deleting a form will permanently remove all associated data, including form submissions. Be sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting the form.

To remove the form from your WordPress database completely, you can use a plugin called “Advanced Database Cleaner“. Here’s how:

    1. Install and activate the “Advanced Database Cleaner” plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory.
    2. Go to “Tools” in your WordPress dashboard.
    3. Click on “ADB Cleaner” to access the plugin’s settings.
    4. Select the “Tables” tab.
    5. Look for tables related to weForms (usually prefixed with “wpwef“).
    6. Check the box next to those tables.
    7. Scroll down and click on the “Clean” button to remove the selected tables from the database.

Please exercise caution when using the Advanced Database Cleaner plugin, as it deals with the deletion of database tables. Ensure that you are only removing the tables related to the form you want to delete.
